Thiruvananthapuram, Sunday 11 April 2010: Talking to a private News channel, Inspector-General of Police Tomin J. Thachankari said that he is on leave and is in Kashmir along with his family.

He told the News channel that he had taken leave legally. Though he has taken leave till on Monday, he is expected to leave Kashmir today.

The Chief Minister had asked ADGP Sibi Mathews to investigate and submit a report on his foreign trip.
