Thiruvananthapuram, Sunday, July 11, 2010: RSP state secretary V P Ramakrishna Pillai today told that the inclusion of NCP into the LDF leadership would not benefit much. Addressing the media Ramakrishna Pillai said that the inclusion of the NCP must be reconsidered.

Chief Minister V.S Achuthanandan had earlier expressed his disinterest against the NCP inclusion, VPR welcomed the stand taken by the V.S and said they too have the same opinion.

CPM politburo member S Ramachandran Pillai has favoured the inclusion of NCP. It is not clear on what basis they are favouring the inclusion. The NCP has chances only in two places in Malabar and accommodating such a party in the Front will not benefit much.
