Palakkad, Friday, June 19, 2009: Janata Dal (S) secretary general K Krishnankutty who had yesterday condemned JD(S) president HD Deve Gowda slammed the party leadership for issuing suspension against him and said he won’t accept the decision. Talking to media he said, his allegations against Deve Gowda was factual.

K Krishnankutty said, if he was suspended for supporting UDF in Kerala, action should also revoke be taken against Deve Gowda’s son Kumaraswamy for supporting Congress at the centre. He also added that he will rally behind the State leadership.

Janata Dal (S) secretary general said, according to JD(S) guidelines, it is not the national secretary but the national president who can issue a suspension.
