Kozhikode, Monday, February 14, 2011: KA Rauf today came out with more allegations against IUML leader PK Kunhalikutty blaming the latter of black mailing late Panakkad Muhamadali Shihab Thangal, former President of Muslim League.

Speaking to the mediapersons in Kozhikode, Rauf said that he is ready to present the proof to Panakkad Hyderali Shihab Thangal.

At least one among the sons of late Thangal knows the fact. They are keeping silent. Now I am stating this because none should play with the Thangal family in future, said Rauf.

He denied conspiring with the Office of the Chief Minister. Rauf termed such allegations by Kunhalikutty camp as cheap one. He claimed to have received many details from the Thangal family.

I challenge those who make such allegations to prove that I conspited with the CM’s office. Can they present details of my phone calls made to those connected with the office of the CM or any visit made by me to those concerned, Rauf added.

Rauf also added a new revelation that a woman had lodged a complaint against Kunhalikutty in the Kothamangalam sex racket case. Rauf said that the woman was given Rs 15 lakhs to settle the case.

Rauf said the amount was given to the woman through Kunhalikutty’s friend Sherif of Chelari.
