Wayanad, Saturday, February 27, 2010: In order to intensify its land struggle and to pledge support for the movement, which has been taking place in Wayanad district for past few days, the CPM will organize a joint convention here at Kalpetta.

CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the convention.
Around thousand workers of Adivasi Kshema Samiti and farmers union will take part in the meet, informed CPM leaders here.
Along with the land struggle the CPM also plans to take up the title deed issue of early settlers here.
