Kannur, Tuesday, March 22, 2011: If LDF wins the election, VS Achuthanandan would lead the party. He would be the next CM and there is no point of suspicion on this, said CPM central committee member EP Jayarajan.

He was speaking at the Communist leader A K Gopalan’s martyr day celebrations in Kannur, attended by VS Achuthanandan, P Jayarajan, MV Jayarajan and PK Sreemathi.

There were earlier reports that in the State Secretariat meet, EP Jayarajan voiced strongly against VS contesting the polls.
