Thiruvananthapuram, Wednesday 16 March 2010: The Opposition on Tuesday staged a walkout in the Assembly following the Speaker not allowing for an adjournmrnt motion to discuss the manipulation of the LLB marks of Kerala varsity. P C Vishnunath of the Congress moved the adjournment motion.

Since the Education Minister is not present in the House, Minister M Vijayakumar said that a proper reply could not be given. The Speaker said that the issue may be discussed at a later stage.

The opposition not convinced with the Speaker’s reply moved for an adjournment motion, which was rejected by the Speaker. The opposition boycotted the assembly and walked out.
