Kannur, Thursday, August 18, 2011: Kerala Rural Development, Planning and PRD Minister KC Joseph will distribute the State Photography Awards here on August 19.

Informing this to newsmen here on Wednesday, PP Chandran, Deputy Director, I & PRD, Kannur said Minister for Agriculture KP Mohanan will inaugurate the Photo Exhibition and seminar on August 18.

The photo exhibition and seminar was being jointly organized by PRD and All Kerala Photographers Association (AKPA).

A total of 442 entries from professional and amateur photographers of the state were received of which 13 were shortlisted for awards, said K Hariharan Nair, PRD.
