New Delhi, Wednesday 16 March 2010: A Kerala delegation will reach the state next week to probe and study the Munnaar encroachment issue.

Headed by Balachandran Thampi, former forest conservator, the team includes Pragati Srivastava and Ullas Karath, said Minister of state for Environment and Forest Jairam Ramesh here on Tuesday.
