Kozhikode, Wednesday, November 18, 2009: Keeping fingers crossed, Muralidharan moves to Delhi to meet AICC general secretary Mohsina Kidwai anticipating consent over his re-entry to Congress. Murali would take the Delhi flight from Kozhikode this afternoon.
Following the favorable decision taken by KPCC working committee, K Muralidharan had decided to approach central committee asking for his re-entry. After the working committee, KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala had informed that the party would reconsider its decision on Muralidharan’s return.
In addition to Karunakaran batting for his son’s re entry, many of the leader’s side kicks including senior leaders like PC Thomas, KK Ramachandran master, MM Jacob, K Peethambara Kurup, VM Sudheeran backed Muralidharan’s entry.
