New Delhi, Wednesday, June 15, 2011: R.S Gujral, Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways today opined that Kerala cannot be given any exemption in toll collecting along the national highways.
Speaking to the reporters here on Wednesday, Gujral added that if any exemption is to be permitted, the state will have to bear the loss, he said.
