Kochi, Tuesday 09 February 2010: The Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court today sent the eight accused in the Paul murder case to judicial custody.

The accused identified as Jayachandran, Sujith, Sulfikkar, Faizal, Kabeer and Aby, have been sent to judicial custody till the 22nd of this month. The accused have been shifted to the sub jail in Ernakulam.

Om Prakash and Puthenpalam Rajesh were not produced in the court here as they had to be brought to Thiruvananthapuram in some other case. The CBI had filed a plea to get the accused in custody for more investigations.
