Alappuzha, Wednesday 9 December 2009: The hearing on the bail application submitted by Om Prakash and Rajesh Puthenpalam, accused in the Paul Muthoot George murder case, has been posted to December 16.

Alappuzha Sessions Judge E. Mytheen Kunju posted the hearing in the case to December 16 after the police and the prosecution failed to present the case diary before the court.

The defence counsel, who pointed out that the bail plea was submitted 18 days ago, argued that it was a gross failure on the part of the prosecution in not presenting the case diary after all these days.
