Alappuzha, Tuesday, December 15, 2009: The Ramankary First Class Judicial Magistrate, Subitha Chirakkal has dismissed the bail petition of accused including first accused Jayachandran, second accused Kaari Satheesh and third accused Sattar in the Paul Muthoot murder case.

The Court observed that, the granting of the bail would seriously affect the ongoing investigation into the murder case.

The accused had filed the petition, pointing out that the chargesheet was incomplete and not filed even after 90 days and that they were eligible for statutory bail.
