Chennai, Monday, June 08, 2009: Acting swiftly in the SNC Lavalin case, the CBI has decided to charge sheet the CPM state secretary and former Power Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in the sensational multi crore scam with in a week.

The Governor’s consent to prosecute Pinarayi Vijayan was confirmed by CBI spokesman today in the wake of this the CBI doesn’t want to make further delay in the process.

Meanwile, there are reports that the CPM is preparing itself to challenge the case legally in Court.
