Alappuzha, Friday, 16 July 2010: CPM State Secretary Pinarai Vijayan today urged here that places of worship shouldn’t be made a storage of weapons. He asserted that places of worship were being made a mask for subversive activities.

Pinarayi opined that the majority of the Muslim minority community should ensure that shrines were merely used for the purpose of worship.

Expressing his opposition against the terror related activities; the CPM State Secretary affirmed that the financial funding of ‘Popular Front’ should be probed. Adding to the note he said he don’t understand why Central Minister Mullapally Ramachandran expressed a negative approach to the NIA probe into Nilambur train sabotage incident.
