Thiruvananthapuram, Wednesday, March 31, 2010: Decision regarding the recruitment for the Political Secretary of the Chief Minister was not taken in the CPM State Secretariat meeting, held today. It is believed that the matter would be discussed in the Secretariat meet which is to be held before the State committee meet on April 26th.

The secretariat had earlier decided C.P Narayanan to be the Political Secretary of the Chief Minister but V.S Achuthanandan showed disinterest in appointing him as his political secretary.
