Kochi, Sunday, February 28, 2010: UDF convener P.P Thankachan has filed a petition against the Idukki District Secretary M.M Mani and Panchayat President Ramraj in the court.

The petition was filed on the basis that Mani and Ramraj had defamed him by alleging that he and his family had encroached 800 acres of land in Munnar.
