Thiruvananthapuram, Thursday, 02 February 2012: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today said that clearance given for the Skycity Project was only preliminary.

Briefing the media after a meeting of the Cabinet, the Chief Minister said that several clearances needed for Skycity project. He added that If clearance is obtained, further proceedings will be taken.
