The private bus owners decided to withdraw the strike , as a result of the discussion held with Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan.

Achuthanandan assured to the bus owners that, their demand will taken into consideration.

Bus owners association president Abdullah and general secretary T.Gopinath said to the media persons that, based on the assurance of VS Achuthanandan, they like to called off the strike

The private bus will start their service from today evening.

Earlier, in the cabinet subcommittee decided to talk the issues related to bus strike with Chief Minister.

Cabinet subcommittee informed the bus owners that, after studying the NATPAC report, decision about, increasing the bus charge, will be.taken.
