Thiruvananthapuram, Saturday 03 April 2010: The government has revived Punching (Attendance Management) system in Secretariat from today, so as to ensure whether the arrival and departure of employees are on the right time. This system has been revived amidst the dissent of a section of employees.

If a person’s coming late is recorded for three days, it would be marked a ‘leave’ for him. Keltron had been entrusted with the task of preparing the biometric data including thumb impression.
