Palakkad, Tuesday 02 March 2010: The Red Ribbon Express, an initiative of the Central government and the National AIDS Control Organisation to create awareness of AIDS, arrived at the Palakkad railway junction on a two-day visit on Monday.

Entry to the train is free of cost. There is no need to take a platform ticket to visit the train, which has various exhibitions and video shows on show.
