Kottayam, Tuesday 23 February, 2010: Revenue Minister’s statement on the EFL declaration is paradoxical, says Kerala Congress Leader K.M Maani. He was commenting on the act of government’s declaration of the 3 taluks, Devikuolam, Udumbunchola, Peerumedu under Ecologically Fragile Land Act.

The Revenue Under Secretary’s affidavit to the High Court on 10th of this month, on the basis of Revenue Principle secretary’s instruction and District Collectors report proves the same, he added.

He also added that the Minister should seek apology for his act of hiding the truth.
