Kasargod, Thursday 11 June 2009: Water Resources Minister N K Premachandran has said that his party has a clear opinion on the SNC Lavalin issue and will be expressed when it gets an opportunity.

Replying to media persons’ query he said that the official stand will be made clear after the RSP central committee meeting on June 18 and if needed a meeting would be convened before that.
