Ernakulam, Thursday, May 26, 2011: The Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court would consider the plea seeking the arrest of top police personnel involved in the Palakkad custodial death case.

Murukesh, brother of Sampath had filed a plea in the Court seeking the arrest of Mohammed Yasin ADGP, and Vijay Sakare (DIG).

The petitioner alleged that an attempt going on in the police department for sabotaging the on-going investigation process. He pleaded the Court to seek an explanation for the delay in the arrest of the ADGP and DGP.
