Palakkad, Friday, February 11, 2011: The Palakkad District Sessions Court today rejected anticipatory bail plea moved by VM Radhakrishnan, controversial businessman and Soorya Narayanan, Personal Secretary of Malabar Cements Limited MD in connection with the death of Saseendran, company secretary of Malabar Cements.

Soorya Narayanan and Radhakrishnan are listed as the second and third accused in the case. Sundara Moorthy, MD Malabar Cements is the first accused.
