Education restructuring is good. But the education minister lacks innovative ideas to implement it properly because of too much marxian ideas brainwashed in the minds of middle aged and senior teachers of Govt. Schools. On a surprise checkup conducted by myself recently in some of the Govt. Schools in and around Trivandrum, it is noticed that teachers have not got the clear picture how to impart the new education at Lower and Upper primary divisions inspite of their participation in cluster meetings. Therefore during the examination students could not better in natural way rather than thru extra private tuition. In short the triangular set up of new education policy is not at all in congruence to the new emerging educational challenges. SCERT standard to be improvised a lot by making easy learning method for Lower Primary and Upper Primary dropping the idea of projects in the said divisions of education. SCERT text books on any particular subject should contain all the relevant information needed for learning without seeking outside references. Most of the text books have good ideas but it lacks on many structural and fundamental information utmost needed for the children of LP/UP standards. Introduce projects etc from the Higher Secondary Education onwards. During the last exam for LP/UP standards, many students could not write well on their own. Even teachers could not find a proper answer to such questions. I think the Minister does not have an intelligent education advisor to navigate successfully the new ideas. Please understand that our education imparted through Govt Schools have lost its credibility. If Minister needs any innovative ideas on improving the standard of education in Govt. Schools, I hereby volunteer myself my contribution in building a better trend to face the new eductional challenge. Earlier the better and if you think party wise, it can also be taken otherwise.
Thanking you,
