Thiruvananthapuram, Monday, May 11, 2009: Expressing his complete gladness over the acquittal of former Kerala PWD Minister and the leader of the Kerala Congress (J) PJ Joseph in the flight controversy case, Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan said, the entry of PJ Joseph into the cabinet will be decided by LDF leadership and the Party.

Regarding the leakage of CPM state secretariat deliberations to the media Chief Minister said the incident will be investigated. He added that the party machinery have to act against this.

Developments in the CPM state secretariat was flashed by media on 9th according to which news came that there was wide spread demand on Chief Minister’s removal from the berth as the CPM state secretariat was unhappy over Achuthanandan’s stand on favouring the of granting sanction at the cabinet meeting.

However, the CPM later denied the reports.
