Thiruvananthapuram, Wednesday, January 27, 2010: The Kerala Cabinet has decided to establish two new Courts in Manjeri in Kozhikode and Kalpetta in Wayanad to try assault cases on scheduled castes and scheduled tribe, informed Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan.

The Cabinet also gave a go ahead for the bill proposing a common and effective prison law aimed at improving the security, higher education, of prisoners.
