Thiruvananthapuram, Tuesday19 May 2009: Southern Railways today said it will run a new weekly special train between Nizamuddin and Kochuvelli from May 22 to clear the extra rush of passengers during the summer season.

The Nizamuddin-Kochuvelli weekly Rajdhani special train would run on May 22, May 29 and June 5 from Nizamuddin. It will depart every Friday at 11 AM to arrive at Kochuveli at 5.45 AM the third day.

In the return direction, Kochuveli-Nizamuddin Rajdhani special train would run on May 24, May 31 and June 7 from Kochuveli.

It would depart from Kochuveli at 7.15 AM every Friday to arrive at Nizamuddin at 12.35 PM the third day of its departure from the originating station, a railway press release said
