Alappuzha, Friday, May 06, 2011: A fire broke out at the spinning mill in Kareelakulangara in the district today. The incident occured around 8:30 am.

Six units of Fire Force rushed to the spot and doused the fire. This was the second time the mill had caught fire in the past few months. Police suspect a sabotage attempt behind the incident.
