Kochi, Monday, June 28, 2010: Sufiya Maudani, wife of Abdul Nasar Maudani has once again filed a plea in the NIA Court in Kochi asking for relaxation of bail conditions in Kalamassery bus torching case. NIA Court had earlier strongly rejected her plea.

Sufia, tenth accused in the case sought relaxation in bail terms pointing out that Abdul Nazer Maudani, her husband and other relatives are presently away from the district and sought relaxation of bail terms on humanitarian grounds.

Abdul Nazar Maudani who has been included in the charge sheet of Bangalore balst case is presently in Kollam district and Sufiya is staying in Ernakulam.
