Thodupuzha, Saturday, July 17, 2010: The UDF team headed by convener P.P Thankachan today told that terrorist organizations were behind the savage attack on T.J Joseph, a Malayalam lecturer of Newman College in Thodupuzha. The UDF team had today visited the spot where Joseph was brutally attacked and his right palm was chopped off by a gang of Popular Front activists.

The UDF team also visited the Lecturer’s house and had conversation with his relatives. The UDF leaders refused to mention the name of the Popular Front organization that was behind the incident. P.P Thankachan also demanded that the State government must provide solatium for T.J Joseph.
