Ambalappuzha, Thursday, March 11, 2010: 14 computers were robbed from Punnapra UP school in Alappuzha district. The thieves entered in to the rooms by breaking the locks in the newly built computer labs. The hard ware components were robbed by removing the cases of the computers. The components include Hard disk, LCD projectors UPS, Processors were robbed.

The newly built computer lab was inaugurated on February 5th by Minister G. Sudhakaran. The school authorities were shocked when they found out about the robbery.
