Kochi, Wednesday, March 10, 2010: Veteran actor Thilakan has decided to file a plea in the court since,(AMMA) and (FEFKA) associations have decided to take tough stands against the actor.

The actor who reached here Tuesday night held talks with senior advocates on this regard. The actor is likely to approach the court at the earliest. Even as everybody was expecting to find a solution on the issue between Thilakan and AMMA, FEFKA, the other day announced it would not cooperate with the actor until he makes an apology.

Thilakan and AMMA were engaged in a war of words for the past few weeks. The controversy resulted in charges and counter-charges from both sides, prompting many from the film and cultural field including eminent critic and orator Sukumar Azhikode joining the issue.

While Thilakan maintained he was denied chance in the film “Christian Brothers” at the instance of Film Employees Federation of Kerala with the silent backing of some stars, AMMA said the actor was making irresponsible statements.
