Thiruvananthapuram, Friday, June 04, 2010: The Kerala State Cultural Affairs Minister M.A Baby told that the Government could only intervene in the Thilakan issue only if both Thilakan and AMMA agreed. Minister Baby added that if Thilakan’s complaint against AMMA was regarding work ban then Labour department must probe the matter.

Minister asserted that Thilakan had not submitted any complaints before the committee formulated for solving the film industry crisis.
