Thiruvananthapuram, Thursday 04 November 2010: Water Resources Minister N K Premachandran said that the repair works done by Tamil Nadu in Mullaperiyar dam are creating apprehensions.

He alleged that Tamil Nadu is trying to hoodwink the committee appointed by the Supreme Court.

A higher level committee is inspecting the dam to probe the issue and after getting their report, the same would be informed to the SC. The expert committee will inspect the dam on November 21 and 22.
