Thiruvananthapuram, Thursday, October 06, 2011: The statement of the school teacher (Krishnakumar) who has been admitted at the Thiruvananthapuram medical college hospital after the brutal assault by a gang of unidentified persons in Valakom, has been recorded by DySP Shanavas and Ajith on Thursday.

Krishnakumar today admitted that he had gone to Kadakkal. He said to the investigation team that he went to Kadakkal and met the astrologer. He reiterated his earlier statement that ex minister R Balakrishna Pillai has grudge over him and his wife.

Krishnakumar is a teacher in RVVHS School owned by the family of former state minister and Kerala Congress (B) leader R Balakrishna Pillai, who is now serving one year imprisonment in a corruption case.
