Kozhikode, Wednesday 22 April 2009: Janata Dal leader M P Veerendra Kumar today welcomed Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan’s statement that it is not the party secretary who has to take a decision on the new transport minister. Meantime, party general secretary Krishnan Kutty asserted that they will not join the LDF cabinet.
