Vithura sex scandal case: Plea filed by KC Peter rejected  

Kottayam, Wednesday, February 16, 2011: The Special Court in Kottayam today rejected the plea filed by KC Peter, former Additional Director General of Prosecutions to exempt him from list of accused in connection with the sensational Vithura sex scandal case.

The Court also directed KC Peter to appear before Court on February 19. KC Peter is the eighth accused in the case.

According to the prosecution, KC peter along with Tony Antony, the seventh accused in the case sexually assaulted a 16 year old girl in a hotel in Ernakulam. The five accused in this case appeared before Court today.
