Palakkad, Friday 04 June 2010: A wild elephant fell into an open well in Vadakkethara near Puthussery in Palakkad on Thursday night when the group of elephants came to the spot searching food. The natives came to know about the same only on Friday morning; Fire force and local people are engaged in rescue operations.
