Thiruvananthapuram, Monday, June 27, 2011: Former Finance Minister Thomas Isaac on Monday said that the government should also withdraw the extra taxes imposed on Kerosene and LPG. He was talking to the mediapersons after the walkout from the Kerala Assembly.

The argument that the oil marketing companies are incurring losses on account of the increase in prices of crude in the international market are baseless, Isaac said.
