Thiruvananthapuram, Saturday, 04 February 2012: A youth was hacked to death near Kachani in Thiruvananthapuram district on Saturday.
The dead has been identified as Jayan, hailing from Kachani. The accused persons have surrendered before Nedumangadu police station.
