Thiruvananthapuram, Monday 23 August 2010: Two students were killed in accident here when their bike collided with a Tamil Nadu bus. They were heading off to Kanyakumari on a pleasure trip on Onam vacation.

They were identified as Reejan (25) and Reksin (16), both hailing from Poonthura.

Both began their ride along with two other friends who were on another bike. Their bike collided with a Tamil Nadu Corporation bus that was traveling to Kollangod from Parassala. They succumbed to injuries on the way they were taken to hospital.
