Rohan Bopanna came from behind to topple second seed Louk Sorensen and book a berth in the singles event of the ATP Challenger tournament in Aachen, Germany.
The sixth seed Indian beat his Irish opponent 4-6 7-6(2) 6-3 in the third and final qualifying round to enter the main draw of the euro 42450 hard court event.
Bopanna will take on local lad Simon Stadler in his first round match.
Bopanna and his Pakistani partner Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi are seeded second in the doubles event and will start their campaign against Croat Wild Card pair of Nikola Mektic and Ivan Zovko.
