Ingredients for Beef Burger Recipe

Butter - 30 gm
Ground Beef (raw) - 1 kg
Egg yolk - 1 no
Onion(medium) - 1 no
(chopped)
Parsley - 30 gm
(chopped)
Salt - As reqd
Pepper - As reqd
Burger Bun - 4 nos

Preparation Method of Beef Burger Recipe

1)Put ground beef into a mixing bowl.

2)Add chopped parsley, onion to the ground beef and mix together.

3)Add the egg yolk and mix well.

4)Add seasoning.

5)Break mix into 4 equal sized balls and on a flat surface pat the balls into round flat circles.

6)Keep in freezer for atleast 12 hrs in order to make it firm.

7)Preheat a little butter in a pan.

8)Gently fry burgers on both sides until cooked through.

9)Cut the burger from middle and toast the inside.

10)Spread a little butter/mayonise/ketchup on inside of the bun.

11)While warm add the burger.

:- Serve with french fries and salad.
