Ingredients
- Eggs: 4
- Gram flour: 1 cup
- Rice flour: 1/4 cup
- Oil: 1.5 cup
- Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Ajwain: 1/2 teaspoon
Method
In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, ajwain, chilli powder, salt, baking soda, coriander powder and cumin powder. Add enough water to make thick consistency batter without lumps.
Egg Bhaji Batter
Take egg and cut longitudinally into two pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, and take egg and dip it in the batter, and then deep fry it.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Egg Bhaji is ready to be served
