Mussels Fry {Kakka erachi}

Ingriedients

1.  Mussels cleaned – 1/2 kg
2.  Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
3.  Chilly Powder – 1 teaspoon
4.  salt – 1 teaspoon
5.  Meat Masala – 1 teaspoon
6.  Garam Masala Powder -1/4 teaspoon
7.  Oil – 2 teaspoon
8.  Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
9.  Onions – 1/2
10.  Green Chiilies – 2
11.  Curry leaves -1
12.  Ginger – 1

Method of Preparation

Take a pan and heat it then add the mussels, chopped onions, green chillies and ginger.

Now add pepper powder, chilly powder,  garam masala, meat masala,  turmeric powder and salt and stir well.

Now add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.When it is cooked stir on slow flame till all the water gets dried up.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked mussels.

Remove from flame and serve.
