Ingredients:-
1.Big size Anchovy fish – 250 grams
2.Tomato - 2 (big size)
3.Green chilly – 10
4.Small onion – 10
5.Fennel – 1 tea spoon
6.Big onion – 1
7.Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
8.Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
9.Curry leaves, Salt – as required
10.Oil – 1 ½ tea spoon
Method of preparation
Clean the Anchovy fish.
Grind ingredients (2) to (6) in a mixer.
Mix the fish, the ground mixture, salt, chilly and turmeric powder together and keep them spread them in a tawa.
Pour oil and roast the mixture on combination for 15 minutes. Flip the fish after 10 minutes. Add curry leaves after 14 minutes.
