Prawn Omelette

Ingredients:

4 - eggs
4 tbsp - milk
125 g - small prawns
1 tbsp - finely sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp - butter
1 1/2 tbsp - finely sliced spring onions
1/4 tsp - monosodium glutamate
salt and pepper to taste

Method :

1. Beat the eggs, milk, monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper together.
2. Heat the butter in a heavy frying pan, add prawns, onions and mushrooms. Fry lightly for 5 mins.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the simmering prawns.
4. Cook for 3 mins, lifting edges to allow mixture to spread.
5. Fold and serve immediately.
